Heart Beatz

Heart Beatz is a co-op rhythm consent game exploring the concept of consent as a felt sense and the myriad ways we non-verbally communicate consent in our daily lives, from interactions with strangers to negotiating intimacy with loved ones.

Heart Beatz allows players to explore non-verbal interactions to express and negotiate their desires through the intuitive, fluid and engaging medium of musical interaction. While the game encourages musical coordination as a primary communication device, we also encourage any other form of communication between players to discuss what activities they wish to partake in. Ultimately, it’s about going at your own pace and doing what feels right for you!
